The ECCO aqua is an innovative monthly replacement contact lens that impresses with its biocompatible structure and advanced materials. With a surface that resembles the natural mucin layer of the eye , the lens ensures excellent stability of the tear film and optimal wetting. These properties contribute significantly to the high level of comfort and improved tolerability, especially for wearers with dry eyes.

Thanks to the hyaluronic acid enrichment in the unpreserved saline solution in the blister, the ECCO aqua provides a pleasant, cushion-like feeling between the lens and the cornea as soon as it is inserted.

application and adaptation

The ECCO aqua is ideal for wearers who suffer from dry eyes or who experience a loss of comfort when worn for long periods of time. Thanks to its aspheric design, even slight astigmatisms up to 0.50 dpt can be corrected.

For optimal adjustment, spectacle refraction and corneal radii should be taken into account. The fit of the lens should be checked after one hour for centration, mobility and any residual correction.
