The eyeCARE Infini-Cils serum activates and promotes natural eyelash and eyebrow growth. The stimulating formula of transdermal vitamin C (TDC) , biotinyl, silicon and panthenol is proven to make eyelashes longer, thicker and shinier. The serum strengthens and nourishes the already existing hairs and is free of growth-promoting hormones such as prostaglandins. It was specially developed for the needs of sensitive skin, even during cancer treatment.
